Corporate Finance and Valuation
Damodaran Online. Aswath Damodaran, Professor of Finance at the Stern School of Business at New York University, is the guru of valuation. He received his MBA and Ph.D degrees from UCLA, and he was the Teaching Assistant for an economics course I took as an undergraduate at UCLA. I still have the handouts from his review sessions! I ran into Prof. Damodoran a few years ago at a conference and had a nice moment reminiscing about this. His site has all sorts of information on valuation.
