There's an interesting post on peHUB today that features an interview with David Weild, a former vice chairman of Nasdaq, about reviving the market for initial public offerings of small cap companies. Weild believes that an important element of this revival would be the re-establishment of trading spreads for small cap companies. It's an interesting interview and worth a read.
