Facebook Roadshow Imminent; IPO Target May 18

The Wall Street Journal reports that Facebook will start its roadshow this Monday, May 7 and is targeting the initial public offering for Friday, May 18.  According to the article, the IPO could raise as much as $10 billion and value Facebook at up to $100 billion.

Venture capital investors in Facebook include Accel Partners, Andreessen Horowitz, Elevation Partners, Founders Fund, Greylock Partners, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Meritech Capital Partners, Millennium Technology Value Partners and Technology Crossover Ventures.
